Texas CARES is celebrating its 14th anniversary as a non-profit animal welfare organization. Our all volunteer group provides for abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We also educate the public about the humane treatment of all animals and the responsibility of pet ownership.
